Once you reach a certain age in life, it’ll become harder and harder to maintain your body shape. You’ll have to start watching what you eat, drink and how much you physically exercise or work out. And then there’s celebrities, the people that have access to so much money and resources that they pretty much hire a personal trainer to watch their every move so they can keep their current physique for decades.
Some celebrities claim to have beaten genetics and stay fit despite never working out. Whether we believe them or not is a different question altogether, but let’s take a look at celebrities that are somehow able to look good and not have to work for it.
Jennifer Lawrence is known as one of the most vocal celebrities against the beauty standards that are being put on actresses these days. While being able to stay fit herself, she claims to never diet or exercise – at least not more than what’s required for whatever role she’s preparing for. I can imagine some exercise was involved in preparing for all those action movies.
While it’s hard to claim that jumping and dancing around on a stage on an almost daily basis isn’t working out, La Swift doesn’t do anything more than that. She does watch her food occasionally, but doesn’t want to call it dieting.
The only and last time Mila did any systematic exercise was when she was preparing for her role in Black Swan. We’ll let that one slide, as I’m sure it’s pretty much impossible to play a ballerina without hitting the gym at least once.
Despite Megan Fox claiming she only works out when a role demands it from her, she does admit to doing “cleanses”, which are basically crash diets. She also hired one of the most famous trainers in the world so it’s kind of difficult to believe that she really never works out at all.
Growing older has caused Sienna’s body to not be as perfect anymore, and it actually made her go to the gym once. She then realized that working out isn’t her thing at all and she’ll learn to live with her wobbling and wrinkles.
Having good genes seems to help, and that’s where Kristen Stewart gets her thin body from. She claims to be naturally skinny and not have to exercise or even diet to keep her weight under control. That may sound too good to be true, but we can’t really prove otherwise either.
Blake has managed to keep her great looks despite her lifestyle of eating chocolate, not working out and not even drinking water. She’s very much aware of the fact that this lifestyle may become something she regrets later down the line, though.
