Winning a Golden Raspberry, also known as a Razzie, doesn’t necessarily indicate the end of your career; it could simply indicate a particularly challenging year or a significant favor owed to someone in the industry. Even Oscar winners and Hollywood darlings have walked away with the dreaded Razzie. After all, bad movies happen to good people, and this award exists to remind us of that. These actresses, ranging from A-listers who faced challenges to stars who appeared as if they were renting a timeshare at the ceremony, demonstrate that even the most talented can fall short.
Kristen Stewart
Twilight may have made her a household name, but it also got her a Razzie in 2013 for Breaking Dawn – Part 2 and Snow White and the Huntsman. Honestly, those movies were more wooden than her infamous lip-biting. Still, she bounced back with indie roles and eventually an Oscar nomination. So yeah, Razzies don’t bite too hard.
Cameron Diaz
In 2015, Diaz snagged Worst Actress for The Other Woman and Sex Tape. And just for fun, she almost bagged another Razzie for Annie. Look, we love her radiant smile, but it was a rough year it was just too much. Luckily, she knew when to tap out, as she retired not long after, proving sometimes quitting Hollywood is the best move.

Jennifer Lopez
Ah yes, Gigli—the movie that almost sunk the first “Bennifer” ship. In 2004, J.Lo won the awards for Worst Actress and Worst Couple, alongside her romantic partner, Ben Affleck. She’s been nominated a bunch since, including for Atlas in 2025, but let’s be real, she’s laughing all the way to the bank with sold-out tours and Netflix deals. Who cares about some stupid Razzie or two?
Jessica Alba
What could be worse than winning three Razzies in one year? Well, winning four Razzies in one year, of course! That’s an achievement. In 2011, Alba was “blessed” with a golden statuette for Machete, Little Fockers, The Killer Inside Me, and Valentine’s Day. That’s like a Razzie sampler platter. Thankfully, she left acting to build her Honest empire, and millions of dollars probably ease the sting.
Halle Berry
Berry personally accepted her Razzie for Catwoman while holding her Oscar for Monster’s Ball. Her speech, which satirized everyone involved, was truly iconic. Despite the challenges presented by Catwoman, Berry confidently navigated the situation, making Razzie history.
Alicia Silverstone
Poor Alicia. Batman & Robin turned Batgirl into a punchline, and she paid for it with a Worst Supporting Actress Razzie. That movie racked up 11 nominations, including nipple suits and ice puns. Thankfully, she bounced back, but not on-screen. Instead, she chose to be a cool mom in real life.

Demi Moore
Despite being an S-tier star, Demi Moore in the late 90s and early 2000s was nominated for a Razzie nine times and “won” four of those for G.I. Jane, Striptease, and Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle. Man, she couldn’t catch a break. But was it bad acting or Hollywood punishing a high-paid woman? Either way, Moore survived, and those Razzie statues probably make decent paperweights.

Sharon Stone
Basic Instinct made her a star; Basic Instinct 2 won her a Razzie. Sometimes sequels really are that bad. She also got a few nominations for The Specialist and Intersection but did not win those. Still, Stone is too fabulous to be defined by the Razzies. She just shrugs them off and moves on.
Nicole Kidman
Even Oscar royalty stumbles. Kidman’s big miss was Bewitched with Will Ferrell, which landed them the Worst Screen Couple in 2006. Honestly, the real crime was wasting her talent on a sitcom remake that nobody asked for. Luckily, she was back to award-winning prestige roles before anyone could twitch their nose three times.

Sandra Bullock
Bullock pulled off the Razzie/Oscar double-wombo combo in 2010, showing up to accept Worst Actress for All About Steve the night before winning Best Actress for The Blind Side. Now that’s mad range! She even brought DVDs of All About Steve to hand out at the ceremony. She is a queen who knows how to laugh at herself.
