Despite Nikki Haley having given up on her bid for the Republican nomination in the upcoming elections, she’ll be a name people remember for at least a few more weeks. Couple of months tops. She wasn’t really known before trying to beat Trump, and if we’re being honest, her policies didn’t exactly scream “better alternative” either. She’ll fade back into obscurity in due time, but not before none other than Lara Trump has her say on what she really thinks about Nikki Haley. Because we care, right? Right? No, honestly, we care. Super hard. It’s constantly on our minds.
Lara naturally nepotism’d her way up to Republican National Committee co-chair, which basically means she’s a woman with a very important job in the Republican Committee, but she still has to share that position with a man. As for her thoughts on Nikki Haley herself, well, let’s just say she learned from her father-in-law. At one point, she nearly called Nikki a traitor of the United States because she didn’t support ol’ Donald J. Trump in his ever increasing list of lawsuits. She later did a full 180 and said she’d be a good running mate for Donald Trump. So I guess she sort of likes Nikki, but only if it works out for her father in law. Which doesn’t sound like it’s a very good basis for a friendship, if I’m being honest.
And Haley herself? Well, she doesn’t care all too much about anything that has “Trump” as a last name. Despite some of her policies being somewhat dumb, we can at least get behind this one. She feels like the Republican Party needs to wake up and somehow prevent Trump from doing whatever it is he’s doing, but I’m sure we can all agree it’s a bit too late for that now. All we can do now is hope that many Republicans will side with Biden in the upcoming months, otherwise, we might just go back in history eight years. And I doubt anyone wants that. Probably not even Lara Trump.
