It’s not a secret that any relationship, or even the first date, gotta start somewhere. And this starting point is usually a pick up line. Even if you have a good one, pick up lines rarely work the way we want them to. If you are lucky and the person you are delivering those lines happen to have a good sense of humor, a pick up line can be a great way to break the ice, and can actually help you score a date. But usually, most pick up lines are so awkward and inappropriate that they make everything worse and simply take you from “unnoticed” to “not a chance”.
