David Laid is a bodybuilder from the USA who first got famous because he posted a video of his 18-month transformation on YouTube. At 14 he was a super skinny weak teenager boy and at 15 he became a full-blown bodybuilder. He’s now a GymShark model, has his own workout program and he’s got over a million followers on Instagram.
2. Cassey Ho
Cassey is a fitness legend with a YouTube channel, her own website about fitness and healthy living, she has her own fitness apparel line and she’s got almost 2 million followers on Instagram. You probably have heard about Blogilates – well that’s Cassey’s brand. She’s a great fitness instructor and she’s a very positive person so working out with her is an absolute joy.
This girl is all about yoga and she does it every day. If you need motivation or proof that you can and should be doing yoga no matter what age or size you are – Jessamyn’s got your back. She loves yoga so much she wrote a book about it. She’s a body-positive yoga fanatic you definitely need in your Instagram feed.
4. Joe Wicks
Joe Wicks is known as The Body Coach on Instagram. He’s got over 3 million followers on there and his mission is to make the world fitter, stronger, healthier and happier. He’s a personal trainer with a degree in sport science and his approach is all about fun quick and tasty recipes and consistent workouts. Also, he’s got 2 kids under 2 and he looks like that all year round.
She’s a mother, a health coach and a CEO. This woman can do it all and she will inspire you to do the same. She will motivate you to keep going, work hard and never give up on yourself, while at the same time teaching you to care about your health and feeling good and not focus on esthetics too much.
Chloe Ting is an amazing fitness blogger to follow if you want someone who’ll guide you through workouts and motivate you to get the body of your dreams. This girl looks great but isn’t afraid to snap pictures when she’s bloated, because nobody’s perfect all the time. She also has a youtube channel with workout videos and you can find multiple workout programs on her website for free.
7. Zach Vogler
Zach used to be obese and then he made a wonderful decision to turn his life around and be healthy. He since has lost a lot of weight, had a loose skin removal surgery, he became a personal trainer and loves helping others achieve their goals and also he looks fit AF.
You’ve probably heard about Joan. She’s that famous 73-year-old woman who turned her life around, lost over 50lbs and now looks fitter than you and we’re pretty sure she’s stronger than you too.
