The best and the worst lists usually are made at the end of the year, however, so many films are released every month that it could be hard to shorten it to just ten. Let’s see which movies aimed to be like the Endgame but ended up being more like a bad horror film.
Miss Bala
Gina Rodriguez is the highlight of this film but she can’t cover for a badly done remake of original Mexican movie. The plot ticks all the boxes and has the action, nevertheless, it doesn’t capture attention enough to follow it through. Both critics and viewers didn’t rate it high.
The Hustle
Two stars from different types of comedy, Anne Hathaway and Rebel Wilson, tried to combine the best of both and create ultimate girls comedy but it was a bit cheesy.
Glass
The final film which unites M. Night Shyamalan earlier works was anticipated by devoted fans. Unfortunately, there are more questions than answers by the end of it. The concept, the use of color, the filming and the actor performances were all of a high standard but the end of the story was disappointing. We hoped for more.
The Professor
Expectations were high for this film as Johnny Depp, being a class A actor, finds its audience. The idea for this movie is not bad but there are no interesting plot twists or capturing drama. It is just what we would expect.

If you like a good girl falling for a bad guy you are better to watch Cruel Intentions. This full of cliches teen drama will keep you annoyed rather than entertained. Even Twilight looks good compared to this film (based on the book as well).
Polar
Netflix original film which includes lots of drama, great actors and a classic killer plot doesn’t seem to deliver what is promised. Some scenes feel rushed, the ending feels predictable. Still, it’s a fun movie to watch but you will forget about it in a day.
UglyDolls
Everyone likes a good cartoon. UglyDolls will still be good to watch with small kids but could be boring for adults. A simple storyline, cute toys which are “ugly” and singing, lots of singing are all the things you have to endure.
The Intruder
Horror films have stepped up a lot and viewers expectations are high. However, the Intruder shows that there is a space for a film with not so smart main characters. If you don’t feel like shouting at the screen reacting to stupid actions, avoid this film.
Men in Black: International
You might be surprised to see Men in Black: International on this list as the original films were awesome! The depth of characters was not part of the film at all and all the action couldn’t compensate for the lack of style.
Replicas
Replicas goes through the idea keeping your loved ones with you even after their death. As good as Keanu is, this film doesn’t deserve him. Will be better to skip it? You bet.
