Celebs are often celebrated for their talent, good looks and healthy habits that allow them to look their best. But they’re just human, like the rest of us, and they aren’t actually perfect. Quite a few of them have some bad habits. Some of these you’ve probably noticed and they’ve been criticized for, others they try to keep on the down-low. But at the end of the day, it’s kind of comforting to know that even celebs have their bad habits. Here are some of them.

1.Don’t Shower Every Day – Brad and Kristen

You’d never think Brad Pitt and Kristen Stewart have anything in common but they actually do. Both of them don’t take showers every day. Brad has admitted that having so many kids means that some days he just wipes his armpits and doesn’t shower. And Kristen has often been seen with greasy hair, which suggests she probably didn’t wash it that often. But then again, apparently, it’s bad to wash your hair every day. Let’s be honest, a lot of us have skipped a shower on a lazy day, the only difference is that no one noticed because we don’t get paparazzi following us everywhere.

2. Coffee Addiction – Selena and Hugh

Many of us love to start the day with a nice cup of coffee, but at the same time, we know that too much caffeine isn’t good for our health. Selena Gomez says that she just can’t go a day without having coffee and Hugh Jackman has admitted he’s borderline addicted to it, he loves it so much he even did a commercial for coffee.

3.Not Enough Water – Gigi and Zendaya

Drinking 8 cups of water a day is recommended for a reason. Water helps your body work smoothly and it keeps your skin looking glowing too. It’s actually the first tip any celebrity will give you – drink more water. But Zendaya says she hates drinking water and model Gigi Hadid says she never remembers to drink enough of it and her mom constantly reminds her to do it.

4. Smoking Is Bad – Sophie and Naomi

We know smoking is bad for us, it even says so on the cigarette package with all the gruesome photos of what it can do to your insides. But knowing the risks doesn’t stop people from smoking, it’s one of those habits that are hard to quit. Naomi Campbell smokes and So does Sophie Turner. It’s kind of amazing they still look this good considering their smoking habits.

5. Running On Little Sleep – Renee and George

Another thing we’re all told we need is at least 8 hours of good quality sleep. But not all of us actually manage to do that and turns out some celebs struggle with that too. George Clooney says he just can’t sleep through the night and often wakes up multiple times a night, and now that he has kids it’s probably even worse. And Renee Zellweger has said that sometimes her schedule gets so hectic she just doesn’t have the time to get enough sleep, and other times she struggles to sleep because her mind just won’t turn off at night.

6.Sleeping In Makeup – Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian is known for her looks and makeup skills, she even has a beauty company that made her a billionaire but turns out she has a dirty little secret. Apparently, she can get pretty lazy sometimes and if she knows she has a busy day the next day she will just go to bed with makeup on and get a few more minutes of sleep the next morning, instead of waking up early to put it on. Sleeping with makeup is really bad for your skin, it clogs pores and causes breakouts, but we can only assume Kim does it rarely and afterwards follows up with all the best creams, serums and facials to make up for the damage she might’ve caused.

7. Crash Diets – Beyonce and Reese

Anyone will tell you that just eating healthy every day and exercising is the best way to stay in shape, but some celebs have a different approach. Beyonce famously went on a very crazy 22-day diet right before her Coachella performance. And Reese Witherspoon also once went on a diet that had her eating only baby food for weeks. They both got the results they wanted but at what cost, it sounds miserable.

8. Junk Food Love – Kylie and Jimmy

Junk food is the devil, but it tastes so good that we can’t help but indulge occasionally. Most celebs will stay away from it, but Jimmy Fallon says he just loves popcorn and he’s an aficionado when it comes to popcorn flavors. Kylie Jenner is also a big fan of junk food and you’ll often see her take selfies with some burgers, fries and other types of junk food. Just remember – everything in moderation.
